We migrated the entire e-commerce infrastructure from shared hosting to AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront & load balancers. The migration included moving static assets to S3 with CloudFront CDN, lifting and shifting the application to EC2 with Auto Scaling, and moving the database to Amazon RDS for managed backups and replication. Result: ~40% cost reduction, 60% faster load times, and an automated CI/CD pipeline using AWS CodePipeline for zero-downtime deployments. CloudWatch monitoring and runbooks were created for failover and rollback.

Built a comprehensive real-time monitoring & alerting system using Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for visualization, Loki for log aggregation, and Alertmanager for automated notifications. Custom dashboards for CPU, memory, network, and microservice health were created and alerts were integrated with Slack and email.

Created fully automated build → test → deploy pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes & ArgoCD. Pipelines included build, unit/integration tests, image scanning, canary rollouts and automated rollback logic — deployment time dropped from ~30 minutes to ~2 minutes.
